Once payment is finalized, a confirmation email will be sent with a summary of the order and shipping details.

Orders are processed within 10-15 working days from the purchase date.

If the selected item is not available, it will be put into production with variable delivery times, which can be consulted during check-out on the order summary page.

Prices are indicated in EUR. For all orders within the EU, shipping is free.

Payments are accepted via major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Payment security is fully guaranteed by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol).

Deliveries of LETERA33 within the European Union are preceded by a tax document delivered to the email address in the order.

Orders are shipped free of charge within the EU by post or courier.

Remote areas require approximately 1 working day longer. Import taxes and charges are excluded.

For countries outside the European Union, the DAP (Delivery at place) condition applies. It means that the cost of the product is exclusive of import taxes and charges. Upon delivery, the recipient will have to pay any taxes, import duties and sales taxes, depending on the country of destination. It is not possible to quantify this amount in advance. Shipping costs are also excluded and will be calculated separately.

It is possible to return the item within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be intact and must arrive in its original packaging, considered an integral part of the product itself.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any taxes and customs duties for re-importation.

LETERA33 reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the conditions set out. In these cases the customer is required to take back the item at his own expense. Letera33 reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-compliant goods.

All personalized items, ESCAPULARIUM COLLECTION WITH NAME ANGEL RELATING TO THE DATE OF BIRTH, are excluded from the right of return.

And' It is possible to request insurance against theft and damage during transit to the destination by contacting us at sales@letera33.it after purchase.

Once delivered the products will no longer be covered by this insurance. The customer is therefore asked to check the integrity of the package before signing for receipt.

Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded, while the initial shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

The refund will be made within 10 working days of receiving the return.

The amount is credited back to the account associated with the payment method used during the purchase.

The cost of shipping and any customs duties incurred for the return are excluded from the refund.

The refund is issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

At the moment it is not possible to exchange an item purchased online.
