ESCAPULARIUM
HIS OWN STORY

The escapulario derives from the Latin "scapula". It was a robe worn by monks intended to protect ordinary clothes. Over time it took on a symbolic meaning, carrying the cross every day like the disciples and followers of Jesus. Pope Pius the other is the image of the Madonna. The escapular in etymology means shield, it symbolizes spiritual protection, so that the soul is always assisted.
In the Letera33 escapulary the 2 plates are engraved on both sides. The 3 engravings are composed of the 7 wise men, the 7 wise men from Plato's list, the 7 deadly sins, Aristotle defined them as "the clothes of evil"  and the 7 chakras.
7 is considered the spiritual number. In Genesis the creation was carried out in 7 days, the ancient solar system consisted of 7 planets, the human body consists of 7 plexuses or the 7 chakras, 7 is the number of the individual search for knowledge in solitude.
The Kabbalah is made up of the 7 Sephirot, in the Kabbalah the number 7 is the creation, it represents the numbers of the arms of the Jewish candlestick which is lit before the Sabbath.
